REEDS. Whatever works for me might not work for someone else. Nothing new under the Sun, but I want to emphasize the fact that my aim is to scrape my reeds to the point where they are comfortable to blow (for myself and the oboe I currently play), they work well in all registers and still have enough space to change and be adjusted. I assume most oboe players know how to adjust a reeds to best suit them. If otherwise, I am open to orders as: “Give me the easiest reed you have!” and I’ll try to deliver something that would work for a recorder player that just started playing the oboe. If you are interested in trying my reeds, please place your order at OboeShop (click for link) or use the “Contact, orders” page on this website. If you want some different dimensions or materials than what I offer at the moment, please write to me and I will see if I can help. Oboe d’amore and Classical oboe reeds will be available soon!
